Yoga is union. We bring together our body, breath, mind and spirit to reflect the beauty and vitality of our being. Through yoga and meditation, we practice and learn to be present in each moment of our lives. We awaken to the fact that we are sacred, a manifestation of the divine on earth. With courage and compassion, we can walk openly into our lives. Yoga and mediation are practices of a true warrior. Om.

My yoga teaching style incorporates body, breath and meditation. Through yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation practice and deep relaxation, we connect with our heart and spirit; we connect with the compassionate and peaceful nature of our being. May we carry the truth and wakefulness we find in our practice into each moment of our lives, creating connections that are honest and loving.
